My fascination with neuroscience and neuroleadership began when I read Leadership and the Sexes (2008). Michael Gurian and Barbara Annis used neuroscience findings to describe brain-based differences in male and female leadership pointing to equal but different intelligence. Most if not all of us have experienced these differences in our daily lives.
