How Neuroscience is having an impact on what you are facing right now ~by Leona Kolla

My fascination with neuroscience and neuroleadership began when I read Leadership and the Sexes (2008). Michael Gurian and Barbara Annis used neuroscience findings to describe brain-based differences in male and female leadership pointing to equal but different intelligence.  Most if not all of us have experienced these differences in our daily lives.  Finally, there is brain science evidence that confirms differences in ‘hardwiring’ that leads to differences in the way each sex leads.
