First Coaching Conversations™ program conducted in India

On October 28-29, 2009, in association with Tekara, the first Coaching Conversations™ program was facilitated in India by RvaluE Consulting.

The program was conducted for leaders at EXL Service, a leading provider of offshore business process outsourcing solutions to the Global 1000. EXL is among the Top 50 Best Managed Global Outsourcing Vendors and recognized by the Black Book of Outsourcing as one of the Top 50 Best Managed Global Outsourcing Vendors.

According to Rachna Sharma, one of two certified facilitators of the program in India, "The workshop was a great success". RvaluE is confident they will have 3 more workshops running in the next few months.
