“Personal passion is an incredibly powerful tool for leaders, especially if they can find a way to channel it in there work.”

Her unquenchable thirst to learn as well as her experience creating leadership development courses has led Kristann to this awareness: the challenge for all of us is to get clear where we want to make a difference, and to do two things in order to make that happen. First, to grow the amount of energy and personal leadership capacity we bring to the table through self-care, personal development and self-management. And second, to have the clarity and courage to “say no to say yes” and let go of what is less important.

Kristann has been affiliated with Tekara for over 6 years, designing and developing customized curriculum for Tekara programs in numerous areas, primarily leadership development.  As a lifelong learner, she continues to deepen her knowledge in the fields of human performance, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.

Her passion lies in translating the theories and models of leading edge thinkers into tools and processes that leaders can adopt and apply in their everyday work. Kristann uses her experience and training as a group facilitator, adult educator and professional coach to develop interactive and impactful learning experiences. Kristann has an interdisciplinary educational background spanning environmental science, policy and management; stakeholder engagement; conflict resolution; interpersonal communication; adult education; and business coaching.
